Forklore Foods is a boutique food business based out of Truckee, CA. Owned and operated by Chef Andrea Tarantino. I have spent the past decade in various kitchens, and created Forklore Foods out of a desire to provide the Truckee/Tahoe community with accessible yet high end farm-to-table options. I use only the best quality ingredients that are unrefined, organic, seasonal, and local when possible. Services include catered events, parties, private chefing, and personalized food experiences. I believe in creating beautiful, great tasting food that supports sustainable food practices and optimal health.
